Our Services


It is our commitment to provide friendly, safe and reliable transportation and assistance to seniors so they can maintain their independence when driving is no longer an option.  If needed, we will come directly to the front door and assist clients with putting on their shoes/boots, coat and ensure door is locked when leaving.

We develop a personal relationship with each client and treat them like family. We listen carefully to the challenges they face and do our best to meet those needs on an individual basis.  

Our drivers are First Aid/CPR certified, have a clear Criminal Records Check for the Vulnerable Sector as well as a clean drivers abstract. 

We will provide transportation anywhere within a three hour drive of LONDON and OWEN SOUND.

For medical appointments, we will take the client directly into the building where their appointment is and stay with them if needed.  We are available to advocate for the family and be a liaison between medical staff and family members.

For grocery shopping, we drop off the client and return for pick up when client is ready.  If assistance is required with shopping, the driver will stay and help. Clients can also call us with their grocery list and we will do the shopping for them at the grocery store of their choice, deliver the groceries directly to their home or apartment and put bags on the kitchen counter so they can access them easily.

We also:
-provide companionship through friendly drop-in visits at hospitals, nursing homes, other care facilities as well as in the clients home. This service is charged by an hourly rate of $25/hr.   

-Will take your pet to the Animal Hospital or Veterinarian Clinic
